Hi, You Don't Know Me and Have No Reason to Listen to Me, But I'd Like to Tell You About a Guy I've Never Actually Met

Hmmmm...not sure how much I like this idea. Obama is making it easy for me to phone bank people in primary states. It could be good. No reason not to do it, I guess. Will it work? Backlash? Something feels wrong about it.

In 2004, we in Ohio were on the receiving end of these sorts of calls. I don't know how effective they were.

I heard people complain about receiving calls from out-of-state callers, but I don't know if it changed anyone's mind or got anyone out to vote who wasn't already going to vote. I would also guess that people who weren't bothered by it were much less likely to remark upon receiving a call, but that notwithstanding, all the reaction I heard was negative.
