The opposing catcher, confused as to whether to try to tag out the speed demon coming down third or flinging it to first will committee just enough hesitation that neither play will be successful and my rag-tag bunch of losers will improbably beat the Yankees in a one-game playoff to advance to the American League title game. Therefore, "bunt" cake. Or Major League cake. either way.
