With little effort (pun intended) I was able to determine that the program does exist and for only $.99 it can be yours. I would suggest making your way over the the apple web page and check out some of the reviews, you thought the program was disturbing. I love, in I hate the world kind of way, the comments regarding how the "jiggle" doesn't quite live up to expectations and is a little buggy for their taste.
