Told You

I knew that the National Democratic Party adopting "The way to strengthen the country is to increase dependence on government" as our slogan would come back to bite us. Fudge.

"Fudge?" Seriously?

Oh, Dave.

I miss your true presence on the interwebs. You, sir, are a shadow of yourself.

But I reckon you gotta do what you think you gotta do.

Only I didn't say "fudge."

Wrong there, Chucho. The past few blog posts have been, if I may scandalously use the analogy of alcohol (feel free to censor me if it makes you feel uncomfortable), like Dave light on the rocks with a diet mixer and a twist of lime. The Dave in that drink was meticulously jiggered out...no more than the standard Applebee's 2 oz, if you will.

Now...the most recent post above...that's what I'm talkin' bout! Straight up Dave on the rocks (I realize I am contradicting myself using those terms together, but I'm okay with it) poured with a generous hand at, say, Villard St./Jackalope/Horsehead and with more of the bite we're used to. A few of those, and you're wasted and good and happy about it.

I'm just sayin'.

I didn't know you were such a big fan of Mr. Parcell.

I don't get the reference, maybe explaining your lack of knowledge about my fandom.

Parcell = "Kenneth the Page" on 30 Rock. Lots of Jindal-Kenneth comparisons floating around the interwebs after his, um, performance, Tuesday night.
