Have you ever been there? It's awesome. We should all move there.
Let me ask you this:
Let's say you were the office manager of a small non-profit and you got a letter in the mail from the Oregon Secretary of State: Corporation Division, addressed to the previous president of your organization. Would you naturally assume that this is mail that can be set aside until the next time the former president randomly walks in, or would you think that maybe it might be an important document that needs to be opened as soon as possible?
I await your responses.

What are the chances that this is a personal document from the Corporation Division intended for no eyes other than the former president? Hmm, let's see...was the previous president a corporation? No, as I recall, that role tended to be filled by real live humans(or reasonable facsimiles thereof). In fact, most GTFs likely reject the idea of corporate personhood, so we can probably rule out that guess.
Was the former president a business owner, CEO, or other officer of a corporation? One who elected to receive their official documents at an alternative address...like, say, the union office? Because I hear that, like, totally happens all the time! That's a tough one, but I am going to guess no. Final answer.
I say open that shit.
ash gets bonus points for showing her flawless reasoning.
I open shit up all the time at the office. Hell, we still get letters for people who were, like, 5 presidents ago.
